Phase 01 - Design
Translating initial concepts into optimized technical designs through expert material and structural advice.
Whether you provide a rough sketch or a detailed file, we translate it into a specialized production drawing. We don’t just execute; we advise on the ideal construction and raw materials to ensure the final product meets every performance requirement.
PHASE 2 - PRESSING
Precision layering and automated bonding within a controlled environment for maximum structural integrity.
This phase is where the panel takes shape. On large-scale tables, we manually layer the skins, core, and internal reinforcements. Each machine-calibrated for a perfect fit. Within our conditioned facility, automated gluing systems apply the optimal amount of adhesive to guarantee structural integrity.
PHASE 3 - PROCESSING
Automated CNC processing and markings for high-precision, assembly-ready structural components.
Once cured, the panel is moved to our automated CNC stations for high-precision sawing, milling, and pre-sanding. We also add markings to simplify and accelerate your final assembly. By integrating every detail, from complex cutouts to assembly guides, we ensure the panel arrives as a complete component. Ready to fit perfectly into your production process.
PHASE 4 - ASSEMBLY
Providing fully assembled, turn-key solutions through dedicated production lines for large-scale series.
For large series, our dedicated assembly department takes over. Using custom-built templates and specialized workstations, we transform panels into fully functional components. By outsourcing the final assembly to us, you eliminate internal production steps and handling. We deliver a turn-key solution that is ready for immediate installation, no further adjustments required.
